Needle detection: metal accessories such as hardware buttons, hardware zippers, D-rings, bead chains, brooches, etc., for clothing and handbags passing through the needle detector.

Anti-Interference Square Tube Dual-Probe Needle Detector Features:

■ The entire machine adopts an all-steel frame design with sealed edges for dust prevention. Key components use imported parts and devices to ensure product performance.

■ Possesses all the functional features of conventional needle detectors. Equipped with four sets of sensors (arranged in a V-shape) at the top, bottom, front, and rear. The magnetic field sensing is transformed from a straight-line arrangement to a V-shape, based on the principle of crossing positive and negative magnetic poles. This avoids the impact of uneven magnetic field distribution and varying detection heights within the detection area, thereby improving detection sensitivity and machine stability, ensuring strict quality control of inspected products.

■ Super anti-interference computer chip integrated circuit, dual-channel 64 sets of sufficient sensors at the top, bottom, front, and rear.

■ All function keys are lightweight touch-sensitive membrane switches, avoiding the drawback of mechanical keys being prone to damage.

■ Position display function, with eight-point location display for precise broken needle positioning.

■ Optional printer can be installed.

■ Equipped with counting function, distinguishing between passed good products and defective products (qualified, total, detected).

■ Alarm functions include sound, light, and machine stoppage. Sensitivity adjustable from levels 1 to 10.

■ Special lightning and leakage protection circuit, energy-saving design, automatic shutdown after ten minutes of inactivity.

■ All function settings are completed after turning on the main power but before starting the motor.

■ Features B/C (accessories/finished products) mode switching function to adapt to needle detection for different products.
